New Life Christmas Giving program is extended to the shelter residents, New Life immediate family members and active extended family members and their immediate family who are in need.  

 

Forms (click the picture above) must be submitted to the office by December 17, 2020 (no exceptions).  Please ensure that you have a valid phone number on the form.  You will be contacted by Available Hearts Ministry as to your date and pick up time for your items.  All items will be picked up from New Life Annex 5 – 5600 Carriage Hills Drive.

 

The WISH LIST does not guarantee that the child will receive any or all of the items, but every effort will be made to come as close as possible.  Please note, this is based solely on contributions received from the donors.

 

New Life office is not taking names for the Christmas Giving Program.  Available Hearts Ministry is spearheading this program on the church’s behalf.  Refer all questions to Mrs. Katasha Reese at 334-549-4980.
